Exam results, second edition

I had the results of my exam, Zertifikat Deutsch B2, that I took in February in the Goethe-Institut.

I had 76/100, so I have my diplom, I'm very happy :

  • Reading comprehension : 18/25
  • Listening comprehension : 20/25
  • Written expression : 20/25
  • Oral test : 18/25.

I'll be able to be recognized as graduate nurse in Germany. I now only need a medical certificate, a copy of my police record and an appointment in the Regierung in Munich and that isn't easy. They don't answer the phone, they need a lot of time to answer the mails. Last time, in December, it took 2 months to have an appointment!!!

German test, once more

Yesterday and today, I was in Munich for my german test. I was way more calm than last time, since I knew what to expect. I had a really good feeling for the spoken examination. I need to mention the fact that I was paired with a very nice partner, and we had a good connection, a very productive exchange. Now I just need to be patient for the upcoming 6 weeks, until the results get sent to me. I really hope I'll get it this time.

Results of my german examination

If you remember the end of November, I was having a german examination required to have my french nurse diploma recognized here.

I just got the results. I scored 60/100, and am very satisfied of what I achieved, since this was way above my actual skill. Guess what... The required notation to pass is 60/100, but I still don't have the validation since there are peculiar conditions to take into account. The written part scores out of 75 points, and the spoken part fills the remaining 25 points. There is a required minimal note of 45/75 for the written part, and 15/25 for the spoken one. However, I got respectively 41.5/75 and 18.5/25; those 3.5 missing points in spoken part are the reason why I didn't pass.

I'm still not disappointed, on the contrary, but I'm still a bit upset about those few misplaced 3.5 points. That's not the end of the world. I'm already waiting for the next session in February.

Examens passés, mes impressions

Je viens de passer mes examens. Je suis mitigée. J’ai l’impression d’avoir plus ou moins bien réussi la partie écrite.

Niveau oral, j’ai l’impression de mettre plantée complètement ! C’est atroce ce sentiment. Plus que 6 semaines à attendre pour connaître mes résultats.

J’ai fait du mieux que je pouvais, il ne reste plus qu’à prendre mon mal en patience.

Dates d'examens arrêtées

Je vais donc passer mes examens les 28 et 29 Novembre 2008. C’est un peu la course entre le travail, la maison et la préparation des examens. J’espère que je serai prête à temps. Croisons les doigts pour.
